Aluminum Window Screen Frame

Roll-form frame is lightweight and economical. It is made by taking a flat piece of aluminum stock, forming it into a box shape and crimping the edge to keep the box shape. There are two types of roll-form frame -- Box Frame and Lip Frame.

Aluminum Frame, 5/16" x 3/4"5/16" x 3/4" Roll-Form Frame

Suitable for half-screens and light weight screening material. 5/16" thickness fits screen tracks on most aluminum or vinyl windows.

Colors Available : Tan, Bronze, Champagne, White or Unpainted (Mill Finish)

Lip FrameLip Frame

 Lip Frame is used when the screen is recessed into the opening. The lip then forms a seal around the opening. Lip Frame is a roll-form framing, sometimes called Knife Edge or Jalousie frame. It is similar in size to Box Frame but has a 1/4" lip on the outside edge.
